At ORVO, every watch is carefully inspected and quality-checked before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. Our goal is to deliver products in perfect condition and provide a reliable shopping experience.

Returns are only accepted under specific, verified conditions as outlined below.


Eligible Return Conditions (Verification Required)

Returns or replacements will only be processed in the following cases:

1. Manufacturing Defect or Non-Functional Product

If the watch arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or is not functioning upon delivery.

To process such a claim:

  • The customer must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue at the time of delivery.
  • The product must be reported within the return request timeframe (see Return Process below).

All claims are subject to verification by our quality team.


2. Incorrect Item Delivered

If the customer receives a product different from what was originally ordered.

  • The item must remain unused and in original condition.
  • Proof may be required for verification purposes.

Once confirmed, ORVO will arrange a replacement or corrective solution.


Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Strap size issues (e.g., too loose or too tight)
  • Change of mind or personal preference after delivery
  • Minor adjustments required for fit or comfort
  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling

Watch straps are adjustable and can be easily resized at any local watch repair shop.


Important Notes

  • All products undergo quality inspection before dispatch.
  • ORVO does not offer refunds. Eligible cases are resolved through replacement or corrective resolution only.
  • Return requests are strictly subject to verification and approval.

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order details and issue description
  3. Submit required photo or video evidence (if applicable)
